Who is Eligible?
Whether you're a complete beginner, a newcomer to jump roping, or someone who's looking to rediscover the thrill of this activity, you're eligible to join us. Your only requirement is a desire to gain or regain your health in a fun and enjoyable way. Singles, Families, Groups of every age are invited.

I enthusiastically commit to the myJumpRope_Lifestyle 2024. I embrace the opportunity to transform my life for the better and pledge to:
1. Find Joy in Fitness: I promise to have FUN at all times during this journey. I'll turn my workouts into enjoyable moments, dance to the rhythm of the rope, and keep a positive attitude.
2. Hydrate for Health: I'm making a commitment to choose water over sugary drinks like Pop. Staying hydrated is my key to feeling refreshed and energized.
3. Opt for Nourishing Choices: I wholeheartedly commit to making healthier food choices. I'll fuel my body with nutritious foods that support my goals and make me feel great.
4. Elevate My Heart Rate: I will dedicate at least 10 minutes, three days a week, to the exhilarating world of jump roping. These short but intense sessions will be my stepping stones to greater fitness.
5. Support and Inspire: I promise to encourage and uplift my fellow Jump Rope Lifestyle challengers. Together, we'll create a community of motivation and inspiration.
6. Celebrate Small Victories: I'll recognize and celebrate every small accomplishment along the way. Each step forward, no matter how small, brings me closer to my healthier STRONGER self.
7. Embrace the Longevity of Life: I'm on this journey not just for today but for the longevity of my life and health. I commit to building sustainable, lifelong habits that will benefit me for years to come.
